Most programs give you content and a community chat that goes quiet by week three. Soul Shift is built differently. We believe the collective intelligence of a room of women is one of the most powerful transformation tools that exists.
You'll be held by a circle of up to 16 women - diverse in background, united in direction. Corporate leaders, healers, mothers, nomads. All done building someone else's dream. All here to build their own. This is where the re-wilding happens - with a full permission to reconnect to your gifts and an encouragement to lead from that place - something that's simply impossible in a corporate setting or traditinal trianing.
Within that circle, you'll be placed in a mastermind pod of four who go deep together across the full four months & paired with a practice buddy for the weeks in between.

If you feel called to go deeper - into inner child work, subconscious reprogramming, or even past life and energetic clearing - I offer optional 1:1 sessions alongside the group program. This is where my therapeutic (Internal Family Systems) and somatic energy work background comes in. It's available when you need it, not required for everyone.

I'm Veronika. For the last 10 years I've been coaching leaders and teams through burnout, stress, and high performance - helping them build real productivity and alignment without sacrificing their energy or their health.
But before I was a coach, I was a builder.
I spent 15 years in the corporate world taking ideas from zero to launch - running innovation studios, advising startups and large corporates, judging startup competitions, and shipping products and service businesses end to end for brands including Visa, Microsoft, and the World Economic Forum. I'm trained in Human-Centered Design, Design Thinking, and Agile - the actual methodologies that innovation departments use to bring new ideas to life.
What makes this program different is what happens when that business-building DNA meets a decade of deep inner work.
I'm a trained IFS (Internal Family Systems) practitioner, somatic experiencing guide, and I work with Alchemy, Bodywork, Non-Violent Communication, and somatic healing modalities that go well beyond anything a business coach or a therapy room alone can offer.
Most coaches give you the formula. I give you the foundations - because I've built businesses from scratch, I've healed the wounds that stop women from building theirs, and I know exactly where the two meet.

Common excuses your mind will make (and what’s actually true)
"I can't afford it right now."
I hear this one a lot - and I also know that "I can't afford it" is sometimes true, and sometimes it's the first thing our nervous system says when we're about to invest in ourselves for the first time. Payment plans are available so you can spread the investment over the course of the program. A small number of scholarship spots are also available for women for whom finances are genuinely the only barrier - reach out and we'll have an honest conversation. Money should not be the thing that stops you from doing this work.
"I don't have enough time."
You're not being asked to add something to an already-full life. You're being asked to redirect some of the energy you're already spending - on the job that's draining you, the scrolling, the overthinking, the starting-and-stopping alone. Soul Shift meets every two weeks, with practice in between that fits around your schedule. If you have time to feel stuck, you have time for this.
"I'm not ready yet - I need to figure a few things out first."
This one is the trickiest, because it feels responsible. But "not ready" is almost always the block, not the reason. The program is specifically designed for women who don't yet have it figured out - that's the whole point. You don't need clarity before you start. You need a container that helps you find it. Waiting until you're ready is another way of building someone else's dream while yours stays on hold.

Most programs give you the strategy and leave the inner blocks untouched. You learn what to do - and then something stops you from doing it.
